REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you would like to return your readymade item/s, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Package must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Additional requirements include:
- Intact tags and packaging
- Showing no signs of wear
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation to the email address used at the time of purchase so we can offer an exchange or refund.
Made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible exchange or return.
Returns in the US are free. Shipping and duty fees for international purchases are to be paid by customer.
DAMAGES
If for some reason your package or garment was damaged, please describe the damage and send images to hello@ampmluxe.com as soon as the package is received so we can offer a replacement or refund.
