How to take care of silk.Β Silk is a very delicate fabric; we recommend toΒ always dry clean, this will preserve the life of the garment and the saturation of its color.

We do not recommend washing this garment on machine, hang your silks to air dry, and NEVER tumble dry. Iron or steam should be on delicate or lowest heat setting (Iron on the reverse side of your garment or place a cotton cloth over the area).

Can I be notified when an item come back in stock?Β Most of our items are limited edition or made-to-order. However, there may be exceptions to certain styles. The best way to stay notified and updated is by signing up for our email notifications.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?Β For all the pieces that are made to order it will be a lead time of 2-3 weeks.Β  All of our products are made by hand and held to the highest standards, so our lead time reflects that.Β 

For already made Items, they can get shipped immediately.Β  Please allow for a week for all domestic
orders and extra 5-14 days for international.Β Β 

*Note that international orders may be affected by shipping delays around the worldΒ 

Shipping is free for all domestic orders. If you reside outside the United States, you will have to pay for shipping and any duty fees that apply to your country.

We will be using either FEDEX or UPS Ground for Domestic orders. All international orders we will be using DHL. Β 

How do I track my order?Β Once your shipping label has been created, you should receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your items.

Can I edit/cancel my order? If there are any issues concerning your order, or want to edit please email us at hello@ampmluxe.com

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?Β If there are any issues or damages with your order, please email us at hello@ampmluxe.com

If for some reason your package or garment was damaged, please share a description and images to the email hello@ampmluxe.com

Please let us know all the problems so that we can amend the situation as quickly as possible.Β  Depending on the damage we can either replace or give you a refund.Β We want to make sure that you are taken care of and your happiness is our priority.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If on the off chance you find yourself needing to exchange or return the product, we require that you ship it back within 2 weeks of the time that you receive it.Β 

*Note that custom made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

When can I expect my refund?Β After we have received and inspected your items, we will begin the processes for your return which is available in two forms, a full refund to your original payment or allow an exchange for another item.

How do returns work with made-to-order items?Β Unfortunately, since these are custom made pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges with our made-to-order items.
